Shiki-no Table

Experience the traditional food culture of Kanazawa.

Located in the Nagamachi Samurai District, where canals and earthen walls create beautiful scenery, this restaurant is owned by Etsuko Aoki, an expert in cooking local cuisine. Her renditions of Kanazawa's food legacies, such as Jibuni duck stew and Kaburazushi, are especially exquisite.

Takeout is available. Their original Jibuni rice bowl (available for reservation and pickup on the day) and an hors d'oeuvre (reservation required at least three days in advance) can also be prepared for takeout. If you inquire in advance, free delivery to your home or workplace is also available depending on the quantity and season.
